Erin Fraser's Profile:

Erin has a diverse educational background; she has a degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa.  She has been teaching high school in Barrie now for over 11 years.  In addition to her degrees, she decided to go into the family business - real estate - and has been working with clients for the past 6 years.  You may wonder how Erin has the time to work in two careers.  The answer is that she has a great deal of energy and genuinely enjoys helping people buy and sell homes.  Also, she only works with 2 or 3 clients at a time in order to give people the time and dedication they deserve.

Erin was born in Collingwood and raised in Wasaga Beach and has a tremendous love for the area.  Since she has lived in Wasaga Beach for most of her life, she has a great deal of knowledge and has had the privilege of watching it grow.  Since the town is no longer sleepy during the winter and is booming during the summer, it is a viable place to raise a family and be part of a community with various year round activities.

Currently, Erin lives in Barrie where her teaching job is located, but she spends all her free time in Wasaga Beach.  Being familiar with both Wasaga Beach and Barrie affords her the knowledge to work in both markets.  So, if you want to buy or sell in either the City of Barrie or the Town of Wasaga Beach, Erin is the girl to help find the perfect home for you and your family.  She works hard for her clients in a very clear, concise and organized manner.  Whether you are a first-time buyer or seller or well-seasoned in the market, Erin will be able to answer your questions efficiently.  Erin looks forward to meeting and working with you in the future!
