Jim Fraser's Profile:

Jim is a consistent "Top Producer", leading his office in sales from 1995 to 2008.  He has a wealth of knowledge of Wasaga Beach and surrounding areas.  Jim has a solid knowledge of commercial sales and commercial listings, and is also very strong in the residential market.  Jim has amazing knowledge of construction and building principles.  He has had very many successful new home projects.  One of his strongest points is his knowledge of the intricacies of town by-laws and zoning for both commercial and residential purposes.

Jim grew up in the Wasaga Beach area.  He first started out as an electrician and grew one the largest Electrical Contracting Companies in the area.  He then sold his company and moved on to Real Estate.  Once again he has shown outstanding commitment to his career which has granted him great success.  Jim is a member of the Coldwell Banker's President's Circle for his outstanding success in sales.

Jim also shows great dedication to the community, and he is currently Chairman of Wasaga Hydro Distribution Inc.  Over the past years Jim has been involved with many local service clubs.  He is a past President for the Builders and Contractors Association, past President and Charter Member of the Kinsman Club and 3rd degree member of the Knights of Columbus.  He does like to take some time and hunt and some days you may even find him on the river banks with his fishing line in the water, but not to worry because that mind never stops thinking, he is just contemplating his next move in the real estate world.
